2006 Memo

To All Port Trinitie Owners, Tenants, and Guests:

Welcome to Port Trinitie! We hope that your vacation will be an enjoyable one. Following is some information that should be helpful to you during your visit here.

D & D Services (Linda) is in charge of security, grounds keeping, and pool maintenance and can easily be found on site during the day. Her cell # is 202-5116. Feel free to ask Linda any questions concerning security, or to report anything unusual to her re the grounds or pool. If you have a maintenance problem with your house, Spinnaker and Skipjack units should call property management, Sue Braun-261-7315 (480-2177 home). All other homes should contact their rental agents. Do not report household maintenance to Linda.

After your arrival, Linda will contact you and give you your parking passes, this memo, and any other necessary information. Our tennis court combination {is available in each unit}. Security problems after hours should be reported to the office-261-7315 or to Linda 255-1025. If you feel that it is appropriate, you may also call the Dare County Sheriffs Department.

There is a phone located at each of our swimming pools to be used only for emergency purposes. If you have a boat or jet skis, please observe state laws that require usage no closer than 300 yards offshore to prevent damage to wildlife and vegetation. Please keep off of the dunes. They are fragile and play an important role in protecting our oceanfront property.

Please do your part in keeping Port Trinitie looking neat and clean. DO NOT leave trash at the pools, on the grounds, or at the beach. DO NOT leave fishing hooks, lures, etc. on the beach. Remember to clean up after your pet outdoors. IT IS AGAINST DARE COUNTY LAW TO LEAVE ANIMAL WASTE ON THE GROUNDS OR AT THE BEACH! Under no circumstances are pets allowed inside the gated pools. THIS IS A HEALTH CODE VIOLATION!

Trash pick up is on Monday and Friday-early a.m. Your cans should be in place the evening prior to pick up. DO NOT leave bags of trash at the road beside your can. We have automated pick up that will only pick up the black cans.
