Port Trinitie Members and Guests,

At its Nov 8, 2008 meeting the Board of Directors elected the following officers:

President-Roy McLeod of Spinnaker Unit #1,
Vice President-John Kip of Skipjack Unit #103,
Treasurer-Don Witosky of Spinnaker Unit #6 and
Secretary-Marshal Talton of Spinnaker Unit #4 .

The Board also welcomed two new Directors-Deena Douglas of Villa 1-B and Chuck Harris of Spinnaker Unit #11.

The chart on page 13 of this web site shows the new PTA Management Organization Chart. Also on the web site on page 12 you will find 2009 meeting dates and locations for Board and Association meetings.

In 2009 our major capital projects will be to install a water line connection and meter from the Dare County water system to our Ocean Side pool and construct a handicap walkway on the Ocean side.

The Board looks forward to serving you in the new year and solicits your ideas, suggestions and/or criticisms. We look forward also to working with you to make our community a better place to visit and enjoy in 2009.

Finally, we wish to recognize our departing Board members-Diane Kidwell and Bob Avery for their service to the Board and community for a number of years. Diane has graciously agreed to continue as our Insurance Liaison next year.
