2007 Board of Directors Voting Results September 28, 2007

The voting by the Port Trinitie Community for two (2) board members to serve over the next three years has concluded.

On Friday, August 09, 2007, John Kip (Unit #103) and Don Hale (Unit #4) met to count the ballots. There were two candidates who were running for election. The Port Trinitie membership were to select 2 candidates in this ballot.

The board candidates were Roy McLeod (Unit #1 & Current Association President) and Marshal Talton (Unit #4).

There were a total of 106 shares votes cast out of 159 ballots sent to the Port Trinitie membership.

Based upon the tabulated votes the two members elected to the Board of Directors for a three year term are:

Roy McLeod, Spinnaker Unit #1,
Marshal Talton, Spinnaker Unit #4

Ex-President of the Port Trinitie Association (PTA) Ken Taylor will leave the Board in September 2007 after some six years of service. The Board and the Port Trinitie Community extend a job well done to Ken and a hardy thank you for his faithful service to Port Trinitie.

The Board of Directors wishes to extend a special thanks to all the Port Trinitie Association members who participated in the election process.

2006 Board of Directors Voting Results August 19, 2006

The voting by the Port Trinitie Community for three (3) board members to serve over the next three years has concluded.

On Friday, August 18, 2006, Noret & Richard Dovel (Unit #1) and Bob Avery (Unit #418) met to count the ballots. There were four candidates who were running for election. The Port Trinitie membership were to select 3 candidates in this ballot.

The board candidates were Donald Hale (Unit #4), John Kip (Unit #103), Roy McLeod (Unit #1) and Donald Witosky (Unit #6).

There were a total of 365.5 votes cast

Total ballots were 108. Some ballots represented 10 votes, some 2 votes, some 1 vote and some ½ votes

Based upon the tabulated votes the three members elected to the Board of Directors for a three year term are:

Donald Hale
John Kip
Donald Witosky

The Board of Directors wishes to extend a special thanks to all the Port Trinitie Association members who participated in the election process.

Association Dues Increase May 09, 2005

The Port Trinitie Association has voted to increase the association dues paid by home/lot owners in the association. The official announcement will be delivered via U. S. Mail to each member's home address.

New Board Members Election July 29, 2005

Each Port Trinitie owner should have received a ballot to select two new board members. The official ballot was delivered via U. S. Mail to the owner's home address and the ballot should be returned via U.S. Mail to John Kip by August 31, 2005.
