Port Trinitie Home Page Guidelines
- Objective of this Home Page: The objective of the Port Trinitie Internet Home Page is to
provide a centralized electronically accessible information repository for property owners and guests of a geographical
dispersed Port Trinitie user community.
- Participation: Pages are
provided for all of the various community members i.e., PTA President
(Page 3), Board (Page 13), House Representatives (Page 14), Property
Manager (Page 15), and Home/Lot owners (Page 11) of the Port Trinitie
community.
- Home Page Submissions:
Home Page contributions are welcomed and should be sent to the
Administrator (click on address link above) for addition to the
appropriate web page. Please provide "copies not originals" for any
Home
Page contribution as the items may be reformatted and/or resized for
inclusion on a particular web page.
- EMail Address: Personal
Email
addresses of contributors to the Home Page are NOT used without
expressed permission of the originator. Anyone making a contribution to
the Home Page should indicate in the first line of their submission
whether or not their EMail address may be associated with an item
submission.
- Meeting/Event
Dates/Time/Location Information: This Home Page can be used to
announce both official and informal meetings of the Port Trinitie
Community. To avoid miscommunication, any meeting announcement must be documented
with an EMail (see address above) stating the Date/Time/Location information plus any additional comments desired
to be posted on the Home Page.
- Hurricane/Storm Damage Updates: This Home Page will not attempt to provide hurricane/storm damage assessments given the fluid nature of this information and the special circumstances that may exist in a particular unit. Owners should contact their House Representative for updates while sole owners should contact the Property Manager for unit status updates.
