Crank Driven Windows on both
sides of Oceanfront Door |

Spraying the lever mechanism in the crank driven Windows in early Spring and late Fall with WD-40 lubricant will make the crank operation smoother and avoid having to have new crank components installed after an owner/guest attempts to open a window with a rusty lever mechanism.

Extending Foot Washing Hose Life |

If the water hose on the oceanfront deck is not going to be used for some time during the summer months ensure the water is turned off at the faucet and open the hose nozzle to release the water pressure in the hose. Trapped water in the plastic hose, when heated by a hot sun, can burst the hose.

Controlling Coffee Pot Mildew |

Mildew can occur rapidly in the unit coffee pot due to the beach climate. After you are finished serving the coffee each morning open the water reservoir door to allow the water reservoir to dry quicker. Also remove the used coffee grounds from the basket.
