Things to consider and make note of:

Was any inside furniture broken or in poor condition including beds & mattresses?

Were you satisfied with the cleanliness of upholstered furniture, carpeting, bedcovers, pillows,

blankets, etc?

What was the condition of the storage closet under the stairs? Was the garage swept and

orderly? What about the deck and the deck furniture? Any problems with the below deck shower

and foot washing station? Was the grill suitable for use?

Comments and suggestions for improvements to the condo:

Common Grounds:

Were you satisfied with the appearance of the common grounds including the swimming pools,

oceanfront decks, sound-side gazebo, and beachfront? Consider the condition of garbage cans,

and their placement. (Cans are supposed to be returned to house or placed behind fence after

pick-up.) Was proper pet clean up being observed?
